- Inspection and estimate
- Re-machine, coat, and line housing to original specification
- Rebuild headplates, weld, and re-machine to OEM specifications
- Damaged rotor shafts are metalized or sleeved
- Rotor tips and ends are welded and re-machined to exacting standards
- New bearings, seals, and packing are installed
- Re-assemble units to new tolerances
- Test unit and document clearances and power consumption
- 12-month service warranty
